With the looming Teachers’ strike, StoryBook Theatre is here to support families with our Strike Support Programming — Play In A Day! In this program, students 6 to 9 years old will spend the day diving into theatre games, scripting their own dialogue, creating characters, and developing a short play for presentation at the end of each day. Every day brings a brand-new theme, fresh ideas, and endless opportunities for imagination and collaboration — no two days are ever the same! The final part of each day will be a recorded performance where students present what they’ve created and a video link of their work will be sent to families to share each evening. Continues for the duration of the strike
So long as the strike is on, we will provide support programming.
9:00am to 4:00pm
(Extended drop-off from 7:30am and pick-up until 5:30pm)
Ages 6 to 9
Minimum 15 students, Maximum 40 students
$25/day + tax and service fees
As an added bonus to support families, drop-off can be as early as 7:30am and pick-up as late as 5:30pm at no additional charge.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE STRIKE ENDS AND I HAVE PAID FOR PROGRAM DAYS?
Not to worry! While we cannot offer refunds, we will instantly credit your account for the unused days, which can be applied toward any of our programming — including shows and theatre school classes.
