Enjoy your summer days — and make music at night!
The Spotlight Teen Program is a multi-week evening musical theatre experience designed for teens ages 13–16 who want to be in a show without giving up their summer days. It’s the perfect balance: freedom to enjoy summer, and a creative space to come together in the evenings to rehearse, collaborate, and perform.
Students are immersed in the full process of putting on a musical—from auditions and rehearsals to a live performance—while working toward a shared artistic goal in a fun, social, and supportive environment.
This session, teens will be performing Raise Your Voice, a Broadway Junior revue that celebrates self-expression, confidence, and the power of young people coming together through music. Featuring songs from a variety of Broadway Junior titles, the revue offers dynamic ensemble moments and opportunities for students to shine while telling stories that resonate with teen performers.
Throughout the program, students continue to build skills in acting, singing, and movement while experiencing what it’s like to be part of a real musical theatre process. The focus is on growth, teamwork, and performance, with costumes and sets kept intentionally minimal.
The program culminates in a live performance for family and friends — a celebration of the students’ work, creativity, and commitment.
